it is a way to express our creativity. it is a way to make a little extra money (to further fuel that creativity). it is a way to make ourselves happy, and hopefully spread a little happiness.
it's our etsy shop, Happy Squared, and it's starting to pay off! (oh, how punny...)
this week we had our first sale, so I thought I'd share a little of the background...
my friend Jessica and I both love thrifting (especially together) and crafting (especially from her 70s craft books)... so we decided to open our shop, currently carrying handmade earrings and vintage clothing. she wrote the cutest + spunkiest description of us.
planning earrings yet to premier to the public ;) right: keeping track of expenses
(I don't wear glasses... but they look so studious!)
the money shown stacked on the dollar bill is actually how much I paid my mom for the amazing fine-tip pen with which I write in my business book... tough love in this family ;)
do not underestimate how much I love dry erase boards... or floral dresses
and the featured slippers below: $18
happy shopping!
